gamma plus


this is the silver Y moth. It is very busy and fast moving and is difficult to photograph but this photo shows Y it is so called. The buddleia is swarming with butterflies now, mainly tortoiseshells, peacocks, and small whites. Posted by Picasa

    Up at Higher Downgate, I've never seen these on our buddlias. I guess they don't like the dizzy heights of Kit Hill?
