the magnolia tree and the cherry are all in full blossom. This is usually the signal for an unseasonal storm and gale force winds, but we will enjoy them while they are still on the tree.
A gale force wind did blow even the buds off my crabapple, which I usually don't see as I'm in England, but we are 2 weeks ahead here-doing a May Pole tomorrow and a very poor imitation 'Obby 'Oss! Happy May in a few hours....

ReplyDeleteSomething in common! We have a beautiful large magnolia in our yard, the blooms are so gorgeous, but we bloomed 2 weeks ago and they are gone! :0(
